About Faith

"Beauty is everywhere; we just have to look." 

I started taking photographs and documenting moments of life in my early teenage years. It was film then, a Canon AE1 with a zoom lens was my tool. I quickly learned that moments are fleeting and yet, with the click of a shutter, that moment can be captured and brought to mind and to life again and again. 

I seek out and visit amazing places and photography gives me a way to both capture it and share it. It brings me into the scene, into the moment. It makes me feel even more connected to it. That image then has the power to bring me back to that experience and feeling days and years later.

Nature is my canvas - photograhy my tool.  I photograph moments of beauty. I love how various elements engage with the natural beauty they exist in. I am fond of landscapes and flowers.

I think of myself as a nature photographer with a ‘street photographer’ style - telling a story with an image, capturing the feeling of a moment.
